Where a price or description is listed in error, we reserve the right to correct it and to decline or cancel any transaction based on it.

Transactions

Where this Site allows you to place an order, submit a request, or make a reservation, the following applies.

Acceptance

Your submission constitutes an offer. All orders, requests, and reservations are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any transaction, in whole or in part, for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, unavailability, or inability to verify the information you provide. Where we cancel after payment has been taken, we refund the amount charged.

Payment

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card details.

Division Terms Govern the Specifics

Delivery, shipping, title, risk of loss, fitment, installation, warranty, returns, and cancellation terms are set out in the terms published by the division providing the product or service, and in any agreement you sign with that division. Please review those terms before you transact.

Vehicle Sales

Vehicle transactions are governed by the purchase agreement you sign and by applicable motor vehicle, title, registration, and consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Georgia's motor vehicle warranty rights law or other applicable legislation.

Vehicle Rentals

Rentals are governed by the rental agreement signed at the time of pickup, which controls over these Terms. Eligibility requirements, security deposits, insurance, damage, fuel, mileage, and post-rental charges are addressed in that agreement.

Safety and Professional Installation

Where you purchase wheels, parts, or components, you are solely responsible for confirming that the product is correct and suitable for your vehicle and intended application. Fitment guidance provided on this Site or by our team is offered for convenience and does not constitute a warranty of compatibility. We strongly recommend that all wheels and components be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable safety standards.

Financial Services

Financial services, including credit, lending, and financing arrangements, are governed exclusively by the written agreements, disclosures, and notices provided at the time of the transaction, and by the laws and regulations applicable to them.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, financial advice, or a disclosure required under any lending regulation. Information about financial services presented on this Site is general in nature and does not create any obligation on our part.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

This limitation applies to your use of this website. Liability arising from a transaction with one of our divisions is governed by the agreement and terms applicable to that transaction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gregory and Gregory International, Ltd., its divisions, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Disputes arising from a transaction with one of our divisions are governed by the dispute resolution provisions of the agreement applicable to that transaction, which may differ from this Section.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this Section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Modifications to These Terms and to the Site

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate when they were last updated. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you for doing so.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Cancellations Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gregory and Gregory International, Ltd. regarding your use of this Site.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
