Returns & Cancellations

Version 2.1  |  Effective July 28, 2026

Gregory and Gregory International, Ltd. is the parent company of a family of automotive businesses. Because our divisions sell physical products, sell titled vehicles, provide rental services, and offer financial services, no single set of terms governs every transaction across the group.

This Policy sets the standards that apply across Gregory and Gregory International, Ltd. and directs you to the terms governing your specific transaction. Each division publishes its own detailed terms covering returns, cancellations, warranties, and refunds for the products and services it provides. Those terms are read together with this Policy.

Where a signed agreement conflicts with this Policy, the signed agreement governs. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use.

03

Vehicle Sales Are Final

Vehicle sales are final upon delivery and transfer of title. There is no cooling-off period, right of return, or three-day cancellation right applicable to vehicles purchased from a permanent dealership location under federal law.

We encourage every buyer to inspect the vehicle thoroughly, take a test drive, obtain an independent inspection if desired, and review all documentation before signing. We will hold a vehicle for a reasonable period to allow this.

Deposits, financing contingencies, trade-in valuation, and warranty coverage are addressed in your purchase agreement and in the terms published by G & G Car Dealer, LTD. Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under Georgia's motor vehicle warranty rights law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

04

Financial Services Are Excluded

Financial services, including credit, lending, and financing arrangements, are not covered by this Policy.

These services are governed exclusively by the written agreements, disclosures, and notices provided to each client at the time of the transaction, and by the laws and regulations applicable to them. Any cancellation, rescission, prepayment, or refund rights relating to a financial services agreement are set out in that agreement and in the applicable statutory disclosures.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or a disclosure required under any lending regulation.

05

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We are unable to refund to a different account or payment method.

Processing times, deductions, and applicable fees are set out in the division terms governing your transaction. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for a credit to appear on your statement.

06

Authorization Required

Returns of physical product require prior written authorization from the division concerned. Product returned without an approved authorization number will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense.

07

Refused Shipments and Abandoned Property

Where a shipment is refused at delivery without an approved authorization, the customer bears freight charges in both directions plus any restocking fee applicable under the division terms.

Where property is held for a customer who does not arrange retrieval, storage charges accrue at the rate published by the division concerned, beginning thirty days after we notify you. Where accumulated storage charges exceed the value of the property, it is deemed abandoned and title passes to Gregory and Gregory International, Ltd.

08

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in place of following the process set out in this Policy or the applicable division terms does not suspend or alter those terms. We respond to disputes with complete transaction documentation, including order or agreement records, delivery or handover confirmation, and the terms accepted at the time of purchase.

If you have a concern, contact us first. Most matters are resolved faster directly than through a payment dispute.

09

International Transactions and Statutory Rights

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable
  • Returns must be declared accurately on all customs documentation as returned merchandise
  • Shipments refused or abandoned at customs are not eligible for refund

Nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen days of delivery. Goods made to order or clearly personalised are exempt from that right. Where the right applies, it operates alongside this Policy.

10

Business and Dealer Accounts

Purchases made under a dealer, wholesale, or business account are governed by the terms of the applicable dealer or supply agreement. Where that agreement addresses returns, cancellations, or refunds, it controls over this Policy and over any published consumer terms.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate when it was last revised. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
